Flow lies on the edge of a newly planted woodland over looking
a semi industrial landscape, including an active industrial
estate, a reclaimed landfill site, and the main north south
road and rail routes. Its rhythm picks up on movements in the
surrounding environment. It is essentially an intuitive response
to the place. The nature of the site will change significantly
as the new trees grow, when in two or three years the work will
be seen against a backdrop of foliage.
